World Croquet Federation har valt in en ny ordförande. Jag infogar informationen från WCF:
Dear Members,
I am pleased to be able to announce the result of the election for President of the WCF, for a 4 year term starting on 1st January 2012.
The new President will be Amir Ramsis Naguib.
All 11 Full Members cast their votes, and the outcome was quite close until the last few vots arrived: Amir 12 votes and Stephen Mulliner 8 votes. (As a reminder, the larger Full Members have a vote which counts double or treble, giving effectively 20 votes in total in the election.)
Congratulations to Amir and condolances to Stephen. My thanks to the Scrutineers, Chris Williams and Martyn Selman.
